We had an emergency last night at our community. I called Lovett and got an actual person on the phone right away. The plumber Sarah showed up in short order with a fantastic can do attitude, ready to get to work right away. The drain proved to be a significant challenge to clear but Sarah was bound and determined to clear it for our residents. She was there for hours and would not quit or give up! She even had to leave to grab more equipment and came back working late into the night. She was very thorough and unwavering in her commitment to get the job done. Lovett hires only the best of the best! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right and right away! I Lovett!!!

Brandon was a lifesaver. In just two hours, he figured out what our rental maintenance team and another contractor couldn’t—the leak was coming from upstairs. He didn’t stop there either. He cleaned up the mess left behind, helped reduce the active leaking, and made sure everything was handled as well as possible on our end.
Right before Christmas, we discovered a leaking water main when our water bill was more than 3x the same period last year. On short notice, Lovett was able to get Doug out to make an initial assessment, then Brian got me an estimate without delay. Foreman Steven showed up Monday morning and was able to head off potential delays by thinking creatively. He set things up nicely so that we had water running again by late Tuesday morning!

Our plumber Cameron was friendly, gave us heads-up when he would be here so I could secure our furry friends, and was able to resolve the issue no problem! I had a kitchen sink issue. Lovett came out, and Greg was my tech. Very smart and informative. He was efficient and clean. He answered questions. And my sink was cleared up in an hour. I was so thankful for the service and reasonable price. I will use them again for any bigger projects that might come my way. I recommend this Company fully.
I hadn’t lived in my new place for ten days when a pipe broke. Dan came first thing the next morning, cut a 5×10 hole in the wall and capped off the pipe – problem solved! He also took the time to turn down the heat on my hot water heater, and explain the plumbing system to me. I wish I could give him another star.
I had a major issue with my well system and was completely without water. After calling many companies who all said they couldn’t help, I reached Ken Williams at Lovett. Ken was immediately attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me troubleshoot the problem and quickly got their equipment scheduled and out here to get the repair underway. His professionalism and genuine care made all the difference.
Tyler came out today to inspect/replace my garbage disposal and it was such a great experience! He made the interaction very personable. He also explained different things about the process along the way and I really appreciated that along with how clean he was. He wore shoe covers and completely cleaned up the underneath of my sink as well as the yuckies in the bottom of my sink. Overall, I highly recommend!!
